Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information dcompute.cloud collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of our website, API, and platform.
01Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account data — name, email, company, and authentication identifiers provided at sign-up.
- Usage data — deployments you create, GPU types and durations, logs, and API activity.
- Billing data — credit balances and transaction records (card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored by us).
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and cookies used to operate and secure the Service.
02How we use your information
We use your information to provide and operate the Service, route and bill your compute workloads, authenticate you, communicate about your account and deployments, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.
03Your workload data
The code, data, and models you deploy are processed to run your workloads and are not used to train our own models or shared for any unrelated purpose. To execute a deployment, the necessary configuration is transmitted to the upstream compute provider fulfilling that workload.
04Sharing with third parties
We share information only as needed to run the Service, including with:
- Compute providers (e.g. decentralized GPU networks and marketplaces) to fulfill your deployments;
- Infrastructure vendors for authentication, database hosting, and email delivery;
- Payment processors to handle billing;
- Authorities where required by law or to protect our rights and users.
05Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the Service, and limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may impair functionality.
06Data retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Deployment logs and ephemeral workload data are retained only as long as needed to operate and support the Service.
07Security
We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and authenticated APIs — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@dcompute.cloud.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
